  4.      Before you go on you should know that statisticians
  5.  can prove that if the numbers in the lottery in which we
  6.  are participating are truly randomly drawn and that if
  7.  there are no imperfections in the balls or equipment,
  8.  then neither this program nor any other method of predicting
  9.  winning numbers given past results will be successful.
  10.  If, however, you believe that numbers in a lottery do not 
  11.  entirely occur at random, or if you believe that knowing what
  12.  numbers occurred in winning drawings in the past will help you
  13.  know what numbers will occur in future drawings, then this
  14.  program will help you find those patterns.

  16.     My intent in writing this program was to provide you with
  17.  a very sophisticated, yet easy to use, method of finding
  18.  whatever patterns there may be in previous winning numbers. 
  19.  I want you to be able to test whatever hypotheses you may have
  20.  about how those patterns will occur in the future.  I do not 
  21.  provide any guarantees.  If I could, I would have won the
  22.  lottery myself.  There are many ways to look at the trends which
  23.  occur in the previous winning numbers.  Any lottery program which
  24.  gives every person who purchased it the same results either has 
  25.  a lock on the future, which is very doubtful, or is too simplistic
  26.  to be of any use for truly finding patterns.  I will guarantee 
  27.  that as you use the CHARTS, STATISTICS, FILTERS, and especially
  28.  the WHAT IF scenarios provided by LOT-O-WIN you will become more
  29.  and more skilled at using "educated guessing" to finding sets
  30.  of numbers that are typical of, and close to, sets of numbers that
  31.  have come up in the past. Also, you will become more skilled at 
  32.  developing and testing your own theories as you go along. I hope
  33.  I have made your task easier, that you will have fun, AND that you
  34.  will win the lottery.  I wish you luck.
